Tracking numbers will be available in your order details once we have shipped your order. You can track your shipment through the online tracking system provided as well as contact our customer service via email or telephone.


Step 1 - Go to the Log in page and enter your mygolfpurchase ID and your password.

Step 2 - Once logged into your "My account", your order will be listed under "My order". Locate the order you are wanting an update on.

Step 3 - After you have located your order, If your status shows as "Shipped", your order has entered the shipping process.

Step 4 - Please note that this does not necessarily mean your item has left the warehouse and is enroute. To see where your item is at, you can check the tracking number by

clicking the order number and look down under "Tracking Information".
